Operations Manager
Our client is an international company with more than 25'000 employees worldwide. They are one of the leaders on beverages market and their brands are well known. They currently have 20 brands in their portfolio and their products are currently distributed on the polish market through an external distributor. Due to their growth, they are currently opening a new entity in Poland to ensure a strong and fast development for the next coming years.
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to be part of this new project to supervise operations in terms of Production and Supply Chain Management.
Job description:
You will report to the local Managing Director, and your main duties will be:
- To manage outsourced production
- To supervise transport and warehousing which is managed by 3rd part logistic
- To ensure that deliveries are on time
- To set up KPI's for production and logistic to measure their performance
- To set up inventory and stock management
- To coordinate the development of New Products
- To support Customer Service and Commercial teams
- To monitor forecasts and to identify trends changes
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent
- 7-8 years experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience in operations management with a co-packer
- First experience in FMCG sector is an advantage
- ERP system knowledge (preferable SAP)
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Good prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple pieces of works and requirement
