Zadania:
- To ensure accurate processing and creation of all customer orders within SAP
- Ensure accurate order entry
- Resolve order queries or issues
- Ensuring fulfilment of licenses to customer and maintain all customer licensing profiles within the SAP
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing and promotions as they are communicated whilst understanding the applicable revenue recognition and billing rules
- Provide support to ad hoc company initiatives
- Fluentknowledge of German
- Very good of English
- Higher education
- Experienceinvolving attention to detail and customer service is required
- MS Office(mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (SAP)
