Order Scheduling Specialist with German

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Release customer orders to Distribution Center shop floor by keeping all KPI's like revenue, Customer Requested Ship Date, cheduled Ship Date First Scheduled Ship Date, inventory, P&L, cycle time, customer satisfaction.
- Release clean customer orders to shop floor
- Work closely with purchasing on expediting short material
- Work closely with customer care on customer orders
- Work with business team, finance, TOP, Distribution Center operations, transportation, sales
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economy / Finance /Accounting or professional experience related to Order Management filled.
- Business and processes (release-pick-build-program-ship)
- Ideally worked before in order processing, customer care, production control, TOP or similar job
- High flexibility, technical thinking, pro active, keen comprehension
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good pc knowledge (Office,Explorer), Oracle 11i and 11g, some knowledge on BRIO insight
- Perfect English, good knowledge in German
