Our client is one of the leading companies in the medical industry. On their behalf we are now looking for Accounts Payable (AP/ P2P) Team Leader with French to manage and supervise a team of French speaking accountants.
You would be responsible for ensuring correct daily execution of your key responsibilities in the Financial Shared Service Center and be a functional expert for the AP area. You will be a proper people-manager, responsible for running and representing the AP team, resolving complex issues, setting goals, coaching and developing action plans of your employees and more.
We expect an ideal candidate to have experience with people management or leadership as well as sound experience in accountancy, especially P2P - in a SSC/BPO environment. Fluency in English and French is essential and knowledge of Italian language will be an advantage.
