Summary
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing of payment proposal
- Vendor accounts reviewing
- Payment run uploading
- Manual payments uploading
- Outgoing payments booking to GL or vendor accounts
- Payment instruction for GL accounting
- Automatic payment run
- Suppliers manual payment processing
- Citi supplier payments
- Outgoing payment booking
- Preparation of booking instruction for AR
- Reconciliation of GL accounts
- Manual bookings & journal entries
- Incoming payments investigation and matching
- Bank statements handling & booking
- Reporting; Prepayments; Netting; MEC activities and timelines
You have
- At least 0,5 year of experience in Payment / Accounts Payable Processes (Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Master, Vendor Reconciliation, Vendor Query Management)
- University degree is a must (Finance/ Accounting degree would be a plus)
- Experience with ERP software would be an advantage
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal), at least B2/C1
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
