Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Responsible for data entry,
- Preparing report and statistics,
- Supporting analysis of month end P&L figures,
- Preparing reports for audit,
- Taking part in implementation of process improvement,
- Resolving intercompany variances during month end close, preparing error reports,
- Close cooperating with onshore payroll team.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Proven experience in payroll administration (SSC/BPO structures preferred),
- Fluent English is a must,
- Knowledge of German is required,
- Good command of ERP (PeopleSoft, P&L LOGA preferably), MS Office,
- Strong respect for confidentiality,
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage deadlines,
- Client orientated with excellent interpersonal skills,
- Team player, positive in attitude.
