Your new company
Our Client is an international business center (SSC) located in Kraków.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for transition of payroll process from other European countries into Kraków SSC, creating new procedures and implementing new solutions, ensuring compliance of payroll and performing monthly payroll checks and control. Hired person will be also a point of contact for Management and other Stakeholders and external parties and will be responsible for supporting colleagues and co-workers (internal and external).
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Payroll area, with very good knowledge of international/European payroll regulations. Excellent English is a must (second foreign language is a valuable asset). This role also requires very good organization skills, ability to work in constantly changing and dynamic environment and the ability to work under pressure.
