For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Providing PA/PY support to employees and managers
- Ensuring accurate processing of company’s payroll
- Being responsible for monthly payroll calculations
- Processing personal data in the company’s system including starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments
- Inputting, calculation and recording of both statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity and adoption payments
- Dealing with any payroll queries that employees may have
- Preparing analyses and reports
Requirements:
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Knowledge of PA/PY standards in Poland
- Relevant professional experience in PA/PY area (preferably SSC/BPO)
- Very good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
