Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Payroll Specialist
Location: Lodz, Poland
Performing validation and verification of all pay elements
Reconcile payroll results and perform audit checks as per client agreements
Creating monthly payroll records and reports
Resolving Helpdesk / employee queries
Creating monthly variance reports and data for SOX reports
Performing quarterly balancing of Year End totals
Conducting Year End balancing and filings
Delivering in line with payroll delivery metrics
Fluent English language
At least 1 years of professional experience in payroll
Knowledge of relevant local taxation and pension/ social contribution regulations and development is preferred
Knowledge of Year End processing requirements for multiple states
Knowledge of Advanced MS-Excel Conversant with SAP HR (payroll module) will be an advantage
Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
