For an international organization in Poznań we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of: Payroll Team Leader with fluent English
Requirements:
- fluent English language skills
- relevant experience as a Payroll Team Leader (1-2 years)
- well organized and able to maintain high level of accuracy,
- a strong team player with good communication skills,
- flexible and able to work in a fast changing environment
Your duties:
- Manage new assignment request (e.g. confirmation of start date and rel. framework in host country)
- Coordinate shadow payroll
- Ensure standard reporting incl. approval / required adjustments and effectiveness measurement
- (implemented via reporting service)
- Initiate and coordinate cost charging in order to ensure clean cost center
- Ensure employee data management (implemented via HR admin and paryroll service)
- Initiate and control evaluation of effectiveness as report or presentation, in particular complete missing information and validate correctness of the report (implemented via reporting service)
