On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre dedicated to an international company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of People Services Operation Advisor to join our Client’s office based in Łódź.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for working with in our Client’s HR department, answering labour law related queries in English, processing information and supporting HR actions during all the employee lifecycle. The main tasks will include processing incoming questions and answering in accordance with internal standards and external regulations. All the processed information should be reflected in SAP HR.
We are looking for Candidates with 2+ year experience in HR in an international environment, good understanding of labour law aspects is necessary. Excellent English, both written and spoken are a must. Experience with SAP will be a plus. If on top of all of this you’re also cooperative, communicative and well organised, do not hesitate to send us your CV.
