Responsibilites
Main:
- Preparing Financial, Resource & Forecast Reports
- Budget Forecast vs. Actuals - investigation of discrepancies; Accruals
- Proactive engagement in proposing solutions and resolving ongoing PMO issues
Additional:
- Creating& monitoring Issues/Risks/Actions
- Requirement tracking
- Variety of ad hoc tasks from Project Managers
Requirements
- Very good user level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge about project management and different methodologies (Prince2, PMI or IPMA, etc.)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Attention to details, accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Cooperation and interpersonal skills
- Pro-activeness
