Requirements:
- Advanced English command
- Good Spanish command (German would be an advantage)
- 2-3 year experience in PMO
- Creativity and ability to run assignments independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ease to work in an international environment
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of administrative work in projects run in Europe, North and South America
- Project reporting and controlling, keeping project budgets and forecasts
- Support for project managers and consultants at project administrative issues
- Maintenance of project documentation standards
- Participation in development of project management processes and tools
