Who we are looking for:
PMO Tester
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Plan new resources
- Keep all resources up-to-date (in accordance with the ITPLs)
- Overview of free capacities
- Measuring critical planning like holidays and dummy planning
- Update the Project Status slide
- Direct support of Project Manager based on individual tasks and strength
- Regular update of Project status report
- Workshop Support
- Compiling Portfolio Budget reports on a monthly basis
- Detailed View: Budget, Actuals, Forecasts per Program, Project
- Consolidated View
Key technical skills:
- Strong command in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Service orientation, readiness to be flexible
- Education in Business Administration or similar
- German is a plus
- Skills in Project Mgmt and agile Methodology will be helpful
- Familiarity with Jira and confluence
- Basic scripting skills and basic SQL skills are helpful
- Blackbox Testing Knowledge
- Sharepoint skills
- Simple Web and Internet skills
