- Reviewing supplier and factory compliance to Tesco’s technical and quality standards and ensuring they are trained on these on time
- Implementing strategic and operational plans for our products and suppliers to conform to our policies, standards and specifications. Participating in relevant workstream projects.
- Solving customer complaints, Enforcement Challenges, Product withdrawal etc.
- Monitor the performance of the production technical and QC teams against KPIs, defining and implementing corrective action plans
- Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects
- Providing support to the team members of Technical Department
- Taking extra responsibilities
- University degree from Food Technology or Chemistry
- 2 years of relevant experience in site, audit company or retailer
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to drive people to achieve business goals, team player
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Auditing knowledge
- Experience with Household or Health and Beauty products
- No restrictions to travel
