Privacy Risk and Metrics Analyst

Aon’s Global Privacy Office are recruiting in Krakow for a Privacy Risk & Reporting Analyst, who will report to the Privacy Risk Manager, and will be responsible for:

• Defining privacy metrics and reporting dashboard templates
• Developing an approach for collecting and reporting privacy metrics
• Coordinating with other members of the Global Privacy Office and Aon’s Privacy Champions to collect and report on metrics
• Assist in developing the privacy maturity roadmap based on guidance of the Privacy Operations Director and Privacy Risk Manager
• Lead and produce reporting for privacy change initiatives
• Proof-reading and providing input to Privacy communications
• Assisting the Privacy Operations & Privacy Risk Manager with producing board & committee reports
• Maintaining Data Protection Officer and Privacy Champion records

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead small privacy projects
• General knowledge of data protection law and practices
• Enthusiastic team player with strong collaboration and relationship building skills
• Good operational mindset, with experience building and implementing global privacy processes at large firms
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
• Expert user of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, Yammer and/or Data Visualization tools
• OneTrust experience is ideal, but not mandatory

Experience

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in legal, compliance and/or privacy teams at large, global financial firms
• Strong track record of building and running metrics & reporting practices
• Proven ability to operate successfully in a regulated environment and with a general understanding of risk management, legal and compliance issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to give quick, clear, and concise privacy process guidance
• Experience defining, implementing, and collecting metrics and key risk indicators
• Experience developing roadmaps and project plans
• Broad understanding of all privacy capabilities
