An international provider of advanced solutions for life and science sector is currently looking for an experienced Process Improvement Senior Specialist for the role in their Shared Service Center in Kraków. The company offers wide range of opportunities to work with advanced solution and have a real chance to impact processes and the company's culture. Daily responsibilities:
- Contributes and monitors optimization action planning & deployment (especially Six Sigma methodology)
- Cooperates closely with operations teams to identify process improvements and potential for automation
- Participate in regular update session with key Stakeholders
- Follow Lead Six Sigma methodology to achieve results
- Ensure that standardization and simplification of process is in line with policies and procedures in organization
- Comes with a proactive and innovative approach with ideas to improve services
- Assists in research and theory testing
- Work closely with technical team responsible for deployment of solutions
- Perform Quality Assurance activities in the processes
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience at similar position within corporate, fast-paced environment (SSC/BPO)
- Knowledge of Finance processes
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with stakeholders
- Analytical approach and good problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, high sense of responsibility
- Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
- Excellent reporting skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel)
- Able to work un-supervised to drive positive results
- Very good command of English
