For our Client, international aerospace Company we are looking for Candidates experienced in managing PtP process.
On the position of Process Manager (P2P) you will be responsible for managing effective working relationships and communication between the Company, BPO and Operating Companies to ensure efficient delivery of services and establishing the governance of PTP processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and external legal and regulatory obligations. Moreover, you will need to provide and enable a governance structure that ensures: queries and operational issues are resolved promptly and performance metrics are fit for purpose and constantly monitored & challenged. Your tasks will also include managing Companies’ PTP teams including recruitment, performance and talent management, supporting Procure to Pay and Procurement Process integration enabling an integrated Source to Pay platform. On the role, you will be asked to initiate and attend meetings with BPO and operating company leadership, to lead and champion a process improvement culture, identifying ways in which group processes can be harmonised and improved and also to develop proposals for the design and build of new group finance processes and procedures, systems and reporting, providing leadership and strict guidance to meet business needs and requirements. Identify opportunities for quick wins and continuous improvement across the group processes will be your duty as well.
To be successful on the role, you need to demonstrate strong knowledge of working in international financial accounting organisation preferably in the Procure to Pay (PtP) / Accounts Payable area. You need to show working knowledge of PtP and supplier management process as well as good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the accounting space. We are looking for senior level experience of partnering with Senior Leaders and Executives in a fast moving agile business environment. Furthermore, experience of working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology is required. An excellent people manager should have an ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams, strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate, analyse and solve problems and ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in way of effective team working. You need to be able to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty and have a commitment to service excellence and process improvement. Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage. We are looking for people willing to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment.
