Responsibilites
- Establish Agile (Scrum) environment within teams. Coaching and support
- monitoring delivery performance by conducting regular projects' reviews;
- making suggestions for changes and improvements, support implementation progress;
- reporting to Luxoft's and customer's upper management.
- setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures, defining quality procedures;
- negotiations about standards for quality, metrics and measure
