Currently for our Client, a global company operating in banking industry, we are looking for Process Reenginering Analyst - to join the finance centre in Cracow.
The jobholder will be responsible for cooperation the businesses and delivery partner to develop objective, quantitative recommendations and revisit projects post deployment on regular basis to validate business. What is more your scope of duties will also include working across regional and local teams to ensure commonality of understanding and objectives. As a part of the team you will be trusted advisor to customers and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio. Proactively interact with its delivery partners to understand current state and go forward opportunities is a key part of this role.
The ideal candidate is holding at least 2 years of overall operational experience and a variety of skills related to executing low/medium complexity projects/consulting engagements. You should understand how technology/process improvements adds value to the business and to the end customer. What is more you should have a knowledge of the change process, project lifecycle and consulting tools and techniques. Financial acumen: develop business case, benefit quantification are essential as well as fluent English. Green Belt certification will be a plus.
