Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist

Our Client is an international, manufacturing company. Due to its rapid growth, we are currently recruiting a position of Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist to join the company’s procurement team located in Warsaw.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for P2P processes in the region, including responsibility for P2P process compliance and accuracy and ensuring that all company’s standards are maintained throughout the region. The candidate will provide purchasing support to cluster in the region and ensure timely reporting. The person will also be a point of contact for the central P2P group to resolve queries or payment issues with suppliers.

We are looking for a person with up to 3 years’ experience gained in international companies, especially those with strong knowledge of SAP R3.
To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as fluent command of English.
Experience in purchasing or customer service will be considered as an advantage.
