Our Client is an international leader in commercial real estate services. We are looking for Procurement Analyst who will join the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
Procurement Analyst will perform administrative duties connected with Country Participation Agreement/Letter of Engagement documents to ensure that their templates are correct and signed on time. Procurement Analyst will also draft contract amendments. The successful Candidate will be involved in creating bid documents for tender purposes. Procurement Analyst will supervise the maintenance of Annual Procurement Plan tool and manage the Supplier Performance Management. Moreover, a person on this position will carry out price analysis and provide month reports. Procurement Analyst will also perform Project Insight Super User Activities.
We are looking for a professional with relevant experience in client management and supplier relationship. Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of Excel is important. Previous experience on SAP or other accounting systems is a strong asset. The ideal Candidate should have excellent communication skills. We are looking for an open-minded, dynamic and flexible person.
