Department Overview

Procurement Reporting team provides information on Spend and Savings for acquired goods and services. It monitors resources, processes and systems for all purchasing activities ranging from Direct, Indirect and Systems/Third Party areas. The Team provides information on cost, quantity, savings and data integrity at a very detailed to high level view. It produces daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc metrics for Procurement.

Job Description

• Producing the daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for Procurement Organization
• Providing Spend and Savings analytics for Indirect Commodities
• Consolidating and analyzing actual operating results throughout the year and comparing to monthly forecast / yearly plan
• Communicating the results to the stakeholders with Indirect Organization
• Developing and distributing actionable, value-add, ad hoc reports
• Analyzing and bridging data across complex relational databases
• Supporting the Financial Planning process by providing the needed critical planning data 
• Analyzing and suggesting important trends to optimize forecast and planning accuracy
• Working independently and taking responsibility for quality and efficiency of the service delivery
• Maintaining relationships with the business partners by regular reporting assistance
• Verifying and ensuring accuracy of all data
• Presenting organized and thorough information appropriate for intended audience
• Initiating and driving projects in line with the agile scrum methodology for the Indirect space (writing user stories, driving changes, providing updates in jira)

Basic Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in reporting or analytics functions role
• Experience with Tableau is highly desired
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Redshift) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver information in a concise and accurate way
• Advanced knowledge of MS office suit (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Experience with procurement field will be considered an asset
• Educational background preferable in finance/ economy/business analytics or related field
