- Deliver operations on the highest level and within agreed timelines and quality targets
- Handle client queries on Purchase Orders status, Vendor Management
- Creation of Purchase Orders Active participation in calls with different shareholders
- Verify correctness of the posted entries
- Prepare reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines
- Analyze aged on hold items and establish strategy of their closing
- Handle various requests for information and actions in timely and professional manner
- Maintain permanent contact with the client via e mail
- Build process and accounting expertise
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities and training of newly hired employees
- Actively take part in initiatives focused on improvement of the efficiency of the existing processes.
- Very good command of Hungarian and English (B2)
- Experience in Accounts Payable Team will be an advantage
