To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:
Product Owner
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Provide a vision for the product
- Collecting needs from external and internal stakeholders
- Data and problem analysis
- Communicate the project vision to the team
- Motivate the team to subscribe to the product vision
- Communicate the business benefits of the entire product and each individual feature
- Create, prioritise and maintain the product backlog
- Work with the Development Team during Sprint: answer questions to add detail to requirements, accept/reject developed user stories
- Communicate about the project within the organisation
Must have:
- fluent English
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner
- 3+ years experience in Scrum/Agile environment - preferably in e-commerce area
- The ability to work as part of a Scrum Team, giving and receiving feedback.
- Experience in work with international partners/clients
- Excellent analytical and soft skills
