Product Owner

You will be a good match if you are/ have:

Experience gathering consumer insights and interpreting data analytics
Effective at encouraging collaboration and experience leading diverse teams into agreement
Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality and self-motivation
Passion for and ability to rigorously discuss and debate new digital technologies
Flexible and people-oriented approach to managing the team/product lifecycle
Own the ability to understand key business drivers/models and communicate these to a varied audience
Well-honed problem solving abilities
Experienced with rapid prototyping, experiments and metrics
Coding experience and Instech experience are a plus
Fluent English and German with excellent written and spoken proficiency

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

Identifying KPI’s and using them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities
Working closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision
Gaining an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gathering key insights that will shape the digital experience
Managing expectations with business sponsors and company executives
Managing cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making over consensus
Identifying future potential of your products and getting your teams, customers and business network excited about it
Leading design and development teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products
Defining MVPs, managing product backlog priorities and strategic de-scoping to achieve rapid feedback cycles
