Product Owner

You will be a good match if you are/ have:
- Experience gathering consumer insights and interpreting data analytics
- Effective at encouraging collaboration and experience leading diverse teams into agreement
- Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality and self-motivation
- Passion for and ability to rigorously discuss and debate new digital technologies
- Flexible and people-oriented approach to managing the team/product lifecycle
- Own the ability to understand key business drivers/models and communicate these to a varied audience
- Well-honed problem solving abilities
- Experienced with rapid prototyping, experiments and metrics
- Coding experience and Instech experience are a plus
- Fluent English and German with excellent written and spoken proficiency
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying KPI’s and using them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities
- Working closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gathering key insights that will shape the digital experience
- Managing expectations with business sponsors and company executives
- Managing cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making over consensus
- Identifying future potential of your products and getting your teams, customers and business network excited about it
- Leading design and development teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products
- Defining MVPs, managing product backlog priorities and strategic de-scoping to achieve rapid feedback cycles
