We are creating a new Regional Finance Hub team in Poznan who will be part of a global network of regional Finance hubs responsible for Planning & Reporting and Close & Control activities as well as more complex accounting activities such as Production Accounting.
The teams in the regional Finance hubs will work together to share best practice and knowledge working closely with our HQ Finance teams in London.
We are planning to employ about 80 highly-skilled professionals.
- In this role you will be responsible for driving the EU Regional hub supervising supply chain sites (18 sites across multiple EU geographies) in terms of Production Accounting services
- You will play a key role in setting up the team and leading migration process from London to Poznan
- Your will manage the team of 4-5 direct reports including coaching, encouraging, motivating and development support
- Your scope of duties includes communication of global strategies into regional initiatives and cooperating with the other hubs to ensure alignment from a process perspective
- You will be accountable for driving and maintaining strong Performance Management, including Voice of Customer, Voice of process and Voice of Employee to drive continuous improvement and establish a high-performance culture - based mindset
- You will be responsible for everyday delivery of operations as well as identifying areas to improve and introducing modifications and standardization
- You will be a key point of contact with Deloitte and Supply Chain team on audit matters including managing the compliance agenda according to external and internal standards
- You will also have a possibility to play a role of core member on the Process Council to ensure efficiency of processes and work organization
- Basic qualifications:
- Accounting degree
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and reporting requirements including external accounting regulations
- Experience of working in a corporate environment
- People management experience and coaching leadership skills
- Demonstrate ability to drive and manage change agenda
- Fluent English (minimum C1)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outside of the box thinking
- Willingness and availability to take part in migration processes
- Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience of SAP preferred
