Your role
Are you interested in program management and digital transformation? Do you like to continuously improve processes? We look for someone like that to:
- support the initiative and program managers in their daily business using agreed project management methodologies
- organize and manage the overall initiative and ensure appropriate communication and coordination
- between the respective sub-programs and -projects
- conduct project management tasks such as status reporting, budget and cost control as well as risks, issues and delivery tracking on program level
- support the program management team in communicating with their internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you support the (sub-) project leaders in their activities on request
- closely work and collaborate with Business and IT project leaders, Controlling and Project Portfolio Management as well as other teams within MM&D
Your team
You will be part of the strategic initiative core team driving and further developing the multichannel strategy as well as enhancing our digital channels, working closely with stakeholders in the Personal and Corporate Banking (P&C) and Wealth Management (WM) divisions.
The job is located in the UBS office in Wroclaw.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- master's degree with focus on Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- minimum 2-4 years of work experience at a financial institution in a project management, controlling or business management position
- strong analytical skills with a structured, self-employed approach
- ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data
- excellent MS Office skills, especially profound MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
- good communication, organizational and conceptual skills
You are:
- fluent in English and German (speaking and writing)
- team player with the ability to work in a challenging, dynamic environment
