Project Analyst

• Participating in business transformation projects.


• Track project progress according to the plan.


• Send out project related communication.


• Maintain project financial administration.


• Participate in data gathering and analysis.


• Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship. 


• Providing high quality various reporting both standard and non-standard. 


• Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for a candidate who will support various transformation projects. 
The scope of activities is very interesting and complex and includes in particular: supporting project related activities such as: tracking project progress, communication maintenance, activities coordination, financial administration.

• Very good command of English.


• 1 year of experience in multinational business environment (e.g. Finance & Accounting, Customer Services areas).


• Experience in creating procedures, business documentations, presentations.


• Documented track of project progress implementations will be an asset. 


• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach. 


• Teamwork approach.


• Very good communication skills.


• Very good work organization.


• Multitasking, ability to organize own work in regards to project activities.


• Good analytical skills.


• Advanced Excel.


• Project Management tools knowledge and PMO experience will be an asset.
