Program and project management Support role will work with End User Services portfolio leads and project managers or PMOs to:
- Learn and be able to use Portfolio management tool and data stored in it.
- Consolidate and High Level Business case data summary from project financials
- Understand different cost types
- Understand and trouble shoot gaps between data flows between portfolio, procurement and financial systems
- Consolidate resource plans and prepare resource demand analysis
- Analyze past data such as reasons for change request to feed continuous improvement process
- Ensure the Programs for follow correct and latest Change request process
- Manage a portfolio deliverable calendar for Planning and Delivery tracking and governance
- Track that project status reports are submitted on time and issue summaries
- Review Project Manager deliverables for process adherence and quality
- Prepare custom reports from standard data source to meet Service owner needs and financial or resource questions
End User Services (EUS) is a consolidated organization that includes the operations, global service desk, product management and engineering for all end user facing services (i.e. electronic communication compliance platform and services, desktop, mobile, voice, document repository etc.). The Project Manager will manage projects within the strategic projects pool.
- Project Management - Manage and deliver one or more projects within End User Services (EUS) portfolio
- Project Governance - Contribute and prepare for monthly steering boards, stream lead meetings etc.
- Project Controls - financials, risk management, resource management
- Responsible for project communications at all levels of the organization including key senior stakeholders
- Ensure all projects are delivered following a structured methodology, on time & on budget
This is a Global project with multiple environments and regional regulations that need to be met with new technical solution.
Ability to learn the technical areas, translate to business impacts, apply critical thinking, broker win-win requirement resolutions. Ability to understand funding and governance framework and efficiently manage escalations and constraints
Current project management team is about 10 employees, based in Zurich, Wroclaw, New York, London. The project team will range from 10-20 team members and key stakeholders and leadership, and will require reach into governance committees for technical decisions, project steering, location based impacts (Switzerland).
Key project leadership roles you will interact with - Product Manager, Program Manager, and Operations above locations, depending on the project. Project sponsor is the most important role to provide transparency, manage escalations, receive approvals, steering, decisions, keeping StC content for global impact.
