Project Management / Agile / Soft Skills Trainer

Responsibilites
Mandatory:
- Conduct training sessions for Luxoft employees and/or external participants on Project Management, Leadership, Personnel Management, Agile, and related topics according to business needs.
- Conduct training sessions in a home location and other countries, in Russian and English, in both in-class and remote (via telecommunication channel) format.
- Deliver up to 80 training hours per month.
- Analyze and account trainees feedback.
- Develop, review, and update training materials.
- Participate in an expert role in pre-sale activities.
Optional:
- Conduct training sessions on Soft Skills (Communication, Personal Efficiency, etc.)
- Participate in an expert role in development of e-learning courses.
- Coach Agile teams.
- Promote Luxoft Training Center expertise by speaking at conferences, writing blog posts, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent experience in managing software development projects and teams using both classical (waterfall, etc.) and Agile approaches (3+ years).
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies and standards (PMBOK or Prince2; Scrum/XP/Kanban/Lean).
- Excellent communication skills and good trainer’s experience (1+ years of conducting PM / Agile training sessions for software engineering staff).
- Agile mindset.
- Strong aspiration to achieve satisfaction of trainees and their managers.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Fluent English.
- Readiness to travel frequently (up to 25% of working time).
- Strong team player.
