Job Description:
- Monitoring of end to end RtR Compliance process (preparation of reports, analysis regarding current status of Compliance activities, preparation of project status statistics)
- Planning of monthly tasks
- Preparation of capacity utilization reports
- Preparation of Operation Excellence documentation on a monthly basis
- Review of the Entity Packs prepared by other teams
- Direct contact with the Client employees in order to obtain needed information
- Ensuring effective communication within the business counterparties to address all issues and lead resolution actions
- Being back-up for the Compliance team members that covers chosen audit procedures
- Fluent English
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Project experience will be an asset
- Very strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Keen on details with focus on the end to end process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment
- Ability to execute tasks from the counter party
- MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential
- Ability to follow written procedures very precisely
