Project Management Officer/ Analyst

Responsibilites
- Based on the deployment stage of a Hardware and Software migration program
- Role will be aligned with the PMO team
- Given we are the final stage of the program the candidate will track what we have delivered
- Reporting optimizing and automating instead of manual data capturing which risks the accuracy of reports
- High level of accuracy and strong reporting skills for senior level of management
- Familiarity with gathering information from different databases and extract them into a report
- Having an insight of what's needed and what's useful to gather, and eliminate data which is less relevant
- Providing efficient and proactive updates, data validation in a daily basis
Requirements
- Extensive Excel pivot table development experience
- Excellent familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong skills in maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets
- High ability to meet strict project deadlines
- Exceptional proficiency with Build Scripts, Excel add-ins mail merges
- Good proficiency with Access and SQL database
- Strong ability coordinate technical and non-technical staff
- Strong reporting skills to senior management level
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
