Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Project Management Office tasks including creating and maintaining accurate program/project plans, status reports and financial forecasts
- Business case administration support
- Executive status summary and pack preparation
- Project, Program and Portfolio project admin tasks and deliverables
- Milestone and KPI tracking and reporting
- Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.)
Requirements
- Financial, Economic and/or Mathematical education;
- Experience of working with various data sources and reports preparation.
- Experience of working in multinational companies
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
Russian (Ukrainian) would be a great plus
- Experience with financial / statistical / analytical modeling and reporting as a must;
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Previous experience of supporting Projects with (preferably) some use of financial and non-financial tools/systems
- Ability to learn quickly
- Deep understanding of budgeting process, experience of financial planning is desirable
- Creativity in approaches;
- Computer skills: advanced user of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data Validation, conditional formatting), MS PowerPoint
