We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for experienced and accomplished Change Management professionals in Energy, Chemicals or Mining sector.

Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term

Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Good level of the EU foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- 3+ years of overall industry or consulting experience
- Demonstrate experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Mining industry
- Understanding overall industry value chain, processes and operations in respective part of resources industry
- Relevant experience in project management related to SAP / ERP / IT implementation programs or any other significant IT or business project/ transformation in a company from resources industry
- Relevant experience regarding project management in different stages of the project – from design through execution to closure of the project as a Project Manager or project team member (functional team lead, site readiness lead, deployment lead, PMO Lead, business readiness lead etc.)
- Relevant experience in project management activities according to standard methodology – schedule management, budget management, risk/ issue management, stakeholder management, contract/ requirements management, quality controls etc. Experience in Project Management Office.
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Participation in projects delivered on a global scale would be strong asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® certificate would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
