Responsibilites
- Consult with client to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefits
- Develop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and scope of requirements
- Managing hiring process to set up project team according to project ramp up plan
- Establishing and maintaining communication plan
- Establishing and maintaining risk management plan
- Establishing and maintaining configuration management plan
- Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defects
- Develop and negotiate procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures
- Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project
- Regular presenting of status updates for clients and customers
- Manage stakeholder communication
