Project Manager (SAP Implementation)

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge within the project management discipline and a proven record of accomplishment to support that you achieve extraordinary good results
• Minimum 3-5’ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably from a global setting
• Experience in implementing HR transformation projects (HRIS, Payroll, Time and attendance)
• Taking the lead comes natural to you and you feel confident in managing differences in interest, addressing senior management as well as specialists throughout the organization
• Understand that it’s all about benefit realization, knowing how to engage organizational change management
• Know how to manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive high quality deliveries
• Proactive, ambitious and takes a positive attitude to challenges
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Some travel activity is to be expected
