Responsibilites
- Project management tasks including planning and coordinating the testing, system upgrade & installation and deployment activities for Call forwarding and voicemail recording, tracking and reporting key delivery milestones, and risk management.
- Effective liaison with Programme Manager, Stakeholders and Vendors to ensure transparency on project deliverables.
- Engage and drive all Call Forwarding / Voice Mail activities.
- Managing and driving the outsourced network services provider(s) for global disablement of call forwarding and voicemail where needed.
- Managing and driving the creation of necessary operational processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding and knowledge of voice and data networks
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business
- A strong background in IT Infrastructure, with ~5 year experience as a project manager
- Ability to get up to speed very quickly and be effective.
- Prior experience within Financial Services sector (desirable not mandatory)
- Prior experience with Voice Recording (desirable not mandatory)
- Prior experience with understanding of FS regulations (desirable not mandatory)
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised and able to track multiple priorities
- Able to work autonomously without a lot of supervision
- Able to take an unstructured task and organise the work to complete a structured deliverable to high level of quality.
- Able to follow-up and liaise with all levels of employees
- Excellent vendor/supplier management

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and oversee the above Call Forwarding and Voicemail recording activities, reporting into the Voice Recording Programme Manager. The individual will work within the Networks group of Infrastructure Services.
