Project Manager Voice Recording Program

Responsibilites
- Project management tasks including planning and coordinating setup and rollout activities for each location, tracking and reporting key delivery milestones, and risk management
- Effective liaison with Lead Project Manager, Stakeholders and Vendors to ensure transparency on project deliverables
- Liaison with local country representatives for input and approvals for country onboarding
- Driving the creation of operational processes and training of support staff
- Creation of rollout strategy
- Vendor management (Truphone)
- Liaising with Procurement and local country representatives to coordinate equipment ordering and delivery (Blackberrys, SIMs etc), account setups, number porting and scheduling
- Billing review
- Service pack review
- Audit point evidence gathering and closure
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding and knowledge of voice and data networks
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business
- A strong background in IT Infrastructure, with ~5 year experience as a project manager
- Ability to get up to speed very quickly and be effective.
- Prior experience within Financial Services sector (desirable not mandatory)
- Prior experience with Voice Recording (desirable not mandatory)
- Prior experience with understanding of FS regulations (desirable not mandatory)
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised and able to track multiple priorities
- Able to work autonomously without a lot of supervision
- Able to take an unstructured task and organise the work to complete a structured deliverable to high level of quality.
- Able to follow-up and liaise with all levels of employees
- Excellent vendor/supplier management

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage and be responsible for delivery of all the project activities for the Truphone country rollouts. This role reports into the Lead Project Manager for mobile voice recording. Voice Recording falls within the Networks PMO group of Infrastructure Services.
