Customer relationship management
1.Ensuring appropriate communication between the members of the project team and other project stakeholders including, where appropriate, the end users; manage activities to meet stakeholders' expectations 2.Identify customer-driven improvements to products and services; review customer satisfaction and implement changes to service provision to meet agreed quality standards, guidelines and procedures 3.Work close with customer to establish guidelines, working procedures, quality standards (includes SLDC meetings) 4.Handle the necessary paperwork
Process and change management
5.Stand by implementing an adapted agile process which fits customer's and team's interests; perform task management; work with the Product Owner to prepare backlogs for sprints; facilitate meetings and ceremonies for team 6.Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed 7.Scope, plan and drive change within the team; initiate process changes whenever they are needed in order to encourage teamwork and cooperation; advocates the necessity for change to internal and external stakeholders; provide support to change initiatives within the team and externally 8.Be aware and understand implications of external or wider changes
People management responsibilities
9.Support team members through on-the-job training; facilitate training sessions as needed and align trainings with customer goals; identify team's weaknesses and work towards improving team's skill set 10.Monitor, review and evaluate performance of individuals; check performance, compare progress to the targets, check milestones and provide regular, behavior-orientated and constructive feedback (e.g. in regular discussions with team members); attend the appraisal process, define targets for improvement with respect to the current situation 11.Provide specialist guidance and support, acting as a mentor/coach 12.Resolve problems and conflicts positively 13.Create supportive environment in the team; champion open exchange of ideas within the team and knowledge sharing 14.Recruit project staff, getting involved into PM interviews
