Project Manager

You will be a good match if you are/have:
- Working experience in Scrum or other agile framework, preferably in the role of Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Good understanding of roles and responsibilities of scrum team members
- Flawless communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to track status of the team's work
- Ability to switch context
- Good command of English both in speech and writing
- Interest in software engineering
- Any relevant certification is a plus
- Experience in a similar position

- Good command of German both in speech and writing
- M3.0 enthusiast
- Technical background is a plus
- Theoretical /or practical knowledge of delivery models & contractual aspects
- Participating in engagement and/or procurement activities
As a part of our team, you will:
- Assure that the teams follow the rules of Scrum
- Make sure that sprint objectives are met
- Support release planning
- Coordinate implementation tasks and solution delivery
- Remove impediments
- Help managing communication and status reporting within the organisation
- Facilitate continuous improvement
- Work with few development teams
- Learn and apply and experiment with rules of SAFe
- Support the engineering manager in assuring successful execution of all account projects
