- Have at least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Have deep understanding of building complex software systems
- Have very good understanding of Automotive industry and Automotive SPICE
- Have very good English communication skills
- Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Have strong leadership skills
- Are open for business travels
- Experience in offer creation and pre-sales process
- Knowledge of Automotive related standards (e.g. ISO 26262)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PMI
- Have German communication skills
- Managing projects and teams
- Taking care of product development life cycle
