Responsibilites
- Ensure the end to end consistency of the design of the target solution
- Quality review of the requirements description
- Users facing, gaps analysis with Murex functionalities, propose workarounds where relevant
- Discuss with Murex the possible implementation strategies of the client specific requirements
- Coordination of the team work
- Provide weekly status meeting to the client and to Excelian
- Manage the project budget and deliverables quality
- Ensure that the budget is aligned with the defined project KPIs
- Be the main point of contact for all the project related matters
