Mobica is currently looking for candidates for the position of Project Manager to work in our offices in Łódź.
Project Manager
Place of work: Łódź
Requirements:
- Experience as a project manager in semi-conductors, telecom, banking or mobile industry on dynamic projects in changing environment
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing;
- Ability to obtain, define and manage requirements;
- Ability to effectively manage changes and issues;
- Problem-solving orientation and orientation on achieving results;
- Ability to: work under pressure, think analytically, describe and introduce new processes and control the process, plan, prepare and perform the audit;
- Must have high communication skills;
- Must be able to conduct business trips when required. Longer flex is a long term plus, but not be required initially.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in full cycle software development project management;
- Documented experience in SCRUM methodology;
- Previous experience as a software developer or tester;
- Documented knowledge of other project management methodology (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
