Project Manager

Job Description
As Software PM you will be responsible for leading the project throughout the entire lifecycle (setup, deployment, completion). Everyday work will include communicating with customer, monitoring project progress and interfacing with the team of developers and testers. Additionally regular reporting on project progress, cost, risks monitoring and management will be part of the everyday routine. The projects will be done for the biggest players in the automotive industry hence STC is looking for the best candidates
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as Project Manager
- Good communication skills
- Customer and solution oriented thinking
- Get-things-done attitude
- Technical background
- Courage to make tough yes-or-no decisions
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Respect for work and service quality
- Fluent English
Additional Skills & Experience:
- Proven history of risk and requirement management
- Experience with Automotive projects
- Experience with software development for Linux or embedded projects
- Project Management Certificate (PMI, Prince2)
- Experience in Agile methodology
