Project Manager

Develops and share simple and robust standards with all stakeholders.

Coordinates initiatives so that the project delivers expected results

Mobilizes the stakeholders

Supports the Managers to deliver results and is able to escalate critical issues and points. Ensures that the project is in line with expectations, pushing corrective actions to close eventual gaps.

Organizes and coordinates required meetings.

Deploys a regular and accurate reporting. Orchestrates meetings and predefined project activities.

Reassures Senior Management about reliability of information collected and reported.

Prepares effective presentations.

Need to have basic knowledge of Banking products, and preferred understanding of Trading Applications and their management

At least 2-4 years PMO/leadership experience

Strong communications skills

Detailed understanding of Project Management Processes

Experience of project management applications e.g. MS Project, JIRA,

More than 2 years test PMO experience

Must be fluent in English - verbal and written
