Job Description:
- Oversee the project management of web development
- Lead daily communications with Client local Brand Teams and their corresponding agencies, identifying risks, tracking and resolving issues, requirements gathering, status reporting, coordinating work of various counterparties and providing metrics on quality
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of German OR French OR Spanish OR Italian
- University degree, preferably in Management
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Proven program / project management skills to manage the Client effectively over multiple projects, develop detailed project plan, anticipating and communicating risks, coordinating issues across projects
- Understanding of various processes at a time and ability to present them in a clear manner to various stakeholder
- Outstanding communication and very well developed presentation skills - ability to run a requirements workshop with customer
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across all levels in organization
- Ability to work independently and determine appropriate priority; manage third party resources as necessary for project, pilot and innovation work, strong attention to detail
- Strong personality with focus on a customer and goals achievements
- Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
- Background in area of web development and experience in digital marketing is an advantage
