Key Responsibilities
- Manage testing for Regulatory Reporting UAT and regression testing.
- Work with the wider projects team, IT, end users to design test strategies and test plans.
- Consolidate reporting defects, tracking, validating with Testers, Business analysts and IT department.
- Report and communicate progress of testing for each release.
- Identify solutions to improve / enhance testing e.g. automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the needed level of research is completed to accurately define the solution benefits and risks.
- Manage requirements change and maintaining requirements traceability.
Numerous regulators across the globe are introducing provisions to improve transparency and reduce the risks associated with trading securities and OTC derivatives (e.g. MAR, MIFID, EMIR). The objectives of our programme is to help the Investment Bank meet their regulatory requirements. A crucial part of our execution and delivery capability is the development of a Test Utility team.
You will join a highly valued team of ambitious testers and business analysts. With the team you will work on high profile and strategically important projects to ensure the bank's ongoing compliance with regulations as they evolve and will be in a position to develop a broad network of contacts across the bank.
Wroclaw UAT reporting team is a part of a central function in our department. The team consists of test managers and both senior and junior test analysts. Apart of the Wroclaw team there is also a pre-trade testing team located in Warsaw. Key stakeholders (Business Analyst, Project Managers, Developers SIT testers, etc.) are located both in Poland and abroad (London, India)
