For our Client, international outsourcing company, currently opening an office in Cracow, we are looking for ambitious candidates with excellent Russian, Ukrainian or Turkish skills.
As a part of an newly established team, you will be responsible for monitoring interactions with customers via phone, email or chat, ensuring high quality and accuracy of information provided by Consultants. Your duties will also include preparing reports and statistics to improve customer care services.
To be successful on this position you need to have excellent communication skills and at least 1,5 year experience in Customer Service area – ideally in call center environment. Experience in quality assurance would be an asset. Fluent Russian, Ukrainian or Turkish and very good English is required. Ideal candidate should have numerical skills and computer literacy.
